This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from our WordPress Learning Platform.

1. Information We Collect

When you enroll in the course, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Your name and email address used to create your LMS account.

  • Payment Information: When you subscribe (Monthly, Biannually, or Annually), our third-party payment processor collects your credit/debit card details. Note: We do not store your full card numbers on our servers.

  • Progress Data: We track which videos you have watched, your quiz scores, and your assignment submissions to help you monitor your learning journey.

  • Community Data: Your Slack profile information and messages shared within our workspace.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and manage your access to the LMS and Slack.

  • Process your subscription payments and renewals.

  • Communicate with you regarding course updates or technical support.

  • Analyze student progress to improve the curated learning path.

3. Third-Party Services & Sharing

We do not sell your data. However, we use trusted third-party services to run the platform:

  • Slack: Our primary communication hub. Slack has its own privacy policy regarding how they handle your data within their app.

  • Payment Processors: To handle secure card transactions.

  • YouTube: We use embedded YouTube videos. Interaction with these videos is governed by YouTube’s Privacy Policy.

  • LMS Hosting: Your data is stored on secure servers managed by our hosting provider.

4. Security of Your Data

As an IT-led platform, we take security seriously. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transit and at rest. Access to the student database is strictly limited to administrative purposes.

5. Data Retention

  • Active Students: We keep your data as long as your subscription is active.

  • Canceled Subscriptions: If you cancel, we retain your progress data for [e.g., 6 months] in case you choose to reactivate your account. After this period, your personal data is anonymized or deleted.

  • Slack Access: Upon termination of a subscription, your access to the Slack workspace will be revoked, though your past messages may remain visible to the community unless manually deleted.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request that we correct or delete your personal information (provided it is not required for active billing).
