Terms and Condition

Last Updated: February 2026

1. Introduction

By accessing this platform and subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This platform provides a curated learning path for WordPress development, utilizing a combination of structured curriculum, external media (YouTube), quizzes, and assignments.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately.

2. The Service (Curation & Learning Path)

  • The Product: You are paying for the curation, organization, and structured educational sequence of the content.

  • Third-Party Content: Some video content is hosted via YouTube. You acknowledge that we do not own the third-party videos, but provide the value through the instructional framework, quizzes, and assignments surrounding them.

  • Access: Access to the curriculum is restricted to active, paying subscribers only. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Billing Cycles: We offer three subscription tiers: Monthly, Biannual (6 months), and Annual (12 months).

  • Payment Method: Payments are processed via credit/debit card only. We do not offer third-party financing (e.g., Klarna or Clearpay).

  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled through your account settings before the renewal date.

4. No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the content and the immediate access to the curated learning path:

  • Instant Activation: All sales are final. Once access is granted to the LMS, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing, but you will retain access until the end of your current paid period.

5. Community Conduct (Slack)

The primary communication hub for this course is Slack. To maintain a professional environment, you agree to the following:

  • No Spam/Solicitation: You may not use the Slack workspace to recruit, solicit, or message other students for external business services.

  • No Scraping: Extracting or “scraping” the member list or content for use outside the platform is strictly prohibited.

  • Professionalism: Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from Slack and the LMS without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantees: While we provide the tools to learn, we do not guarantee employment, specific income levels, or professional certifications upon completion.

  • Assignments: Feedback is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute a professional reference or project endorsement.

7. Intellectual Property

The curriculum, the sequence of lessons, the custom quizzes, and the assignment briefs are the exclusive intellectual property of this platform. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell the “Learning Path” or any internal blog posts provided to students.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately, without refund, if:

  1. Your payment fails and is not resolved within 3 days.

  2. You violate the Slack Community Conduct rules.

  3. You are found to be “leaking” or sharing internal course links or blog posts.
